Scenario A: Car drivers (be it private or through car sharing) receive updates from their car when it detects poor air quality in an area. Suggestion are made for park and ride facilities and free public transport connections are provided. Scenario B: Cars detect or receive AQ data and refuse to start when air quality is bad during an exclusion period.
