Tom uses the app to find a fun way to work on as many modes of transport as possible, with a quick or interesting priority. For interesting, maybe using backroads or passing landmarks, cycling when downhill. Quick would estimate fastest route. Using more modes for short times gains points which would be used for discounts as the rides are so short and also contribute to a conquering the city champion.
