IEEE IoT Theory and Practice Seasonal School 2024

Call for Participation

This seasonal school is sponsored by the IEEE Internet of Things Technical Community (IoT TC). It is designed to provide education on various theory and practical aspects relating to IoT. It will offer lectures, hands-on laboratories, and demonstrations to provide resources, information, and guidance to boost your learning in IoT. You will also

  • Meet international experts, complete designated learning and tasks, and get to know other students.
  • Upon completion of this seasonal school, you will build up confidence in and prepare knowledge and skills for studying and researching IoT-related concepts and developments.
  • Students will also receive a certificate from the IEEE, enhancing your recognition in IoT professions.

Time and Location:

The 2024 IEEE IoT TC seasonal school will be held on July 7th – July 9th at Durham University, United Kingdom. Learning activities will be in the new Mathematical Sciences and Computer Science Building within the Department of Computer Science at Durham University.

How to Apply?

We provide the early bird rate and the standard rate for registering the seasonal school, as below. All registrations will include the planned learning activities, and lunch and coffee breaks for 3 days.

  • Early bird registration rate: 25 GBP on or before 15 June 2024.
  • Standard registration rate: 45 GBP after 15 June 2024.

If you need to apply for a visa to come to the UK and your visa applications may not be approved on time, please contact us to confirm that you can register using the online registration rate.

  • Online registration rate: 20 GBP
